As an Executive Coach, I work with a wide range of clients and offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual or institution. In a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, executive coaching services, support clients in navigating difficult or cringe moment conversations with grace and ease that preserve workplace relationships.
Often leaders are tasked with conducting conversations with others about poor performance or conduct, downsizing, termination of employment or, perhaps a breach in ethics. Typical responses to these conversations are 1) avoid them (62%), 2) face them and handle them poorly (35%) and 3) face them and handle them well (3%).
Coaching sessions can be in-person, virtual or on the telephone. We start with a complimentary consultation to clearly define what your short and long term goals are. Then together, we will unpack each challenge: how to navigate high emotions and defensiveness, how to exit the conversation with respect, grace and dignity, and much more. I prepare leaders with the tools necessary to navigate these pivotal conversations.

I am passionate about one-on-one coaching with emerging and experienced executives, specifically when I can assist them during cringe moments. Additionally, I am well known for one-on-one coaching for the performance development of abrasive leaders.
Oftentimes, more progress is made when someone from outside the organization steps in during turbulence. My experience includes conflict mediation, cultural audits, and facilitation of leadership team and board of directors meetings and retreats.
