ABOUT RACHEL SCHAMING
I am an Executive Coach who specializes in workplace relationships, human resources and organizational coaching. I maintain a private international practice with a home base in Arizona.
As a collaborative, solution-focused Coach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address workplace and difficult organizational challenges. I also integrate coaching techniques and helpful assignments to offer a highly-personalized program tailored to you. With compassion and understanding, I work with you to help build on your strengths to maximize navigating difficult conversations.
I have over 30 years of professional experience working with leaders in Fortune 500 companies, university presidents and provosts, legal and medical professionals, and individuals. I support executive coaches in learning the techniques for more effective cringe moment conversations. Working in the same fast-paced, high-stress environments as the majority of my clients gives me insight into the risks and high stakes at hand.
In addition to being an Executive Coach, I presented nationally and internationally to general audiences speaking on the topics of coaching leaders perceived as abrasive or a bully, organizational development, change management and conflict resolution.
Additionally, I have enjoyed writing throughout my career, publishing more than 200 articles and my book Who’s the Boss: Confront the Elephant in the Room.
